How to use this site?
You may use handy pre-defined searches ON LEFT for One-Click Searching. These searches represent just some of the more popular searches home buyers. Please note that these searches are for Single Family Residential, 3+ Bedroom. If you want full search capability for condos, land, or other property types in the entire Phoenix metro area click on this Full MLS Search link and use the handy map search feature. The One-Click Searches go directly to the primary MLS system so the search results are always current and up to date and include photos, virtual tours, maps, tax info, mortgage calculator, driving routes, and more!

What are One-Click Searches
One-Click Searches are Pre-defined to make your home searching much more efficient. This means that clicking on one of these links takes you directly to the results. There is no quicker way to start viewing properties. In addition, these One-Click Searches have also been optimized for serious home buyers by only including true “Active” listings (e.g. no Active with a contract) and by removing “Short Sale” properties from the list.
